A New Years Message from Bulbi, Ayurveda Yoga Academy's owner:

First, breathe out. Breathe out through your mouth. Release the rising thoughts... memories.
Release the suffering and the pain. Release the love and also hate. Release the fear and anxiety.
Release the joy and the hope. Whatever it is, releasing 2014.
Be grateful to that life and send it away.

And after stopping briefly, breathing in through your nose.
Breathe in 2015.
Whatever is coming, breathing in whatever it is. 

Saying yes to now, this approaching moment, and breathing it in.
Even if it is frightening and painful, breathe it in And more than anything, open your heart to love, breathe it in. Breathe in deeply.

When a fitting farewell is a good start.
If you postpone a new thing, it becomes old.
We become new in the moment.
